Our thorough screening process involves background checks, CORI screens, and DMV screening for all caregivers. If you need to cancel a visit, we kindly request that you contact our office directly at least 72 hours before the scheduled visit. To ensure fairness to our Caregivers, a charge is applicable if the cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice.
