In 2022, Monica transitioned to MaineHealth’s Palliative Care Department, contributing to the opening of the MaineHealth Palliative Care Clinic in Scarborough. What is your policy for cancellations?

If you need to cancel a visit, we kindly request that you contact our office directly at least 72 hours before the scheduled visit. To ensure fairness to our Caregivers, a charge is applicable if the cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice.

Certainly, we’ll promptly identify a caregiver who is a better fit for you. Ensuring you are matched with the right caregiver is a top priority for us.
