Conor founded Kind in the fall of 2019 with the mission of helping seniors live safely and independently in whatever setting they choose. A graduate of St. Lawrence University, Conor enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Anna, and their dog Simon.

Anna Manning

Anna Manning, RNClinical Director

After graduating from St. Lawrence University and working in the financial technology sector, Anna decided she would rather spend her time helping others and went back to school to become a Registered Nurse! Anna graduated from the University of Rochester’s Accelerated Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing program before coming home to the North Shore. When she’s not at work, Anna enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her dog Simon and spending time with friends and family.

Meghan Tarr

Executive Director

An accomplished leader with over 20 years in long-term post-acute care, Meghan serves as the Executive Director of Kind Senior Care. Armed with a degree in Health Policy and Administration from Providence College, she is devoted to providing exceptional senior care. Outside of her work, Meghan cherishes her life in Southern New Hampshire with her husband and 3 young boys.

Jennifer Krikorian

Jennifer Krikorian is a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Manager with an extensive background in human services management and occupational therapy. She earned both her undergraduate degree and a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of New Hampshire. With over 10 years of experience in human services management, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role in home care. A proud Merrimack Valley native, Jennifer enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with family, and her beloved dog, River.

Kaelie Ivey

Administrative Assistant Kaelie Ivey is a versatile and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who started her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She has held several positions at Kind, including Caregiver and On Call Support. In her current role, Kaelie plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth office operations by assisting with recruiting, scheduling, and various administrative tasks. When not at work, Kaelie loves exploring New England, spending time with friends and family, and making lasting memories.

Simon

Chief Morale Officer

In his part-time role, Simon is in charge of team morale at the Kind Senior Care office!
